I learned the hard way that leadership isn’t easy and isn’t for the faint of heart.

To be able to unite all different perspectives weren’t really my cup of tea. One of the keys I have been trying to insert is Collaborative Leadership.

Trust, Respect, Willingness, Empowerment, and Effective Communication must be applied to achieve that.

The purpose of Collaborative Leadership is to value the ideas and opinions of my team members. Giving them a possibility to contribute to projects. Once they are in a project, clear lines of communication is essentially required. During the process, they need to be appreciated for the good works and coached for any inaccuracies.

There are ways to achieve Collaborative Leadership. In fact, I am still learning and sometimes my false judgments can get in the way. It is a learning process and that’s what makes life fascinating.
