Having A Good Manager is A Blessing To Myself

With a good manager, we can work well and achieve our common goals, which will also affect the company’s goals.

I have been working here for almost two years. During my time at ALTO Network, I have enjoyed it and gained much new knowledge about many of ALTO Network’s products, especially those related to debit cards and QR payments. One of the factors that can make me comfortable working in ALTO Network, is the presence of my manager who not only helps direct my work and assignments but also acts as a colleague with whom I can discuss many things.

Willy, my manager, is a hardworking, smart person who always prioritizes work-life balance. He is always thorough in his work, provides many solutions when we encounter problems and makes the atmosphere more cheerful whenever he is around. One thing that keeps me motivated at work is that Willy and I have many similarities related to our work. A leader and their leadership can significantly influence their team. Personally, I have my expectations for who will lead me, such as a leader who is smart, capable of making decisions, solving problems, and can direct their team to work effectively and efficiently.

With Willy, we discuss work-related matters and hobbies such as travel and culinary, as we share the same interests in traveling and culinary. One lesson I have learned from Willy is about work-life balance and making a task list and priority. I still remember his method of writing down all the tasks for the day, then making a priority scale and executing them according to their priority. If one task is completed, we can cross it off and move on to the next.
