We can create team synergy and keep it going by valuing our differences, open-mindedness, and keep exploring our creativity.

“Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things.” Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall.

I am a big believer that the young generations (generation Y and Z) are the ones who are intelligently smart, bringing lots of ideas, creativities, tech-savvy, open-minded yet they also have their own personal values.

With regard to my leadership styles or how I work together or connect with my teams is first we need to set the same mindset because the goal is to work together as a Team.

From there what I do is to guide them in achieving what their objectives really are and determine what should be the best solution to their obstacles. Within this process, the proactiveness from everyone is taking an important part of the outputs also I believe a win-win mentality and understanding others are essentials during the process (KNOW YOUR PEOPLE).

Through the process of every team member’s development, I am aiming we can create team synergy and keep it going by valuing our differences, open-mindedness, and keep exploring our creativity.

In my view, a good leader is not only how to make yourself a champion but also how you make people around you to be a champion.
